  Job Description
Must have experience in the financial services industry.

We will be focusing on a candidate who has at least 5 years experience supporting second level production support for Enterprise Storage in Investment Banking.
Hands-on expertise with SAN and NAS architecture, configuration, administration, provisioning and troubleshooting with technologies from: EMC (Symmetrix, DMX, CLARiiON, Centerra, Celerra), 3Par, Hitachi (USP-V), Brocade, Cisco, McData, NetApp and Acopia/F5.

Individual must be highly process oriented (ITIL certification preferred) with a focus on metrics tracking for Change Mgt, Incident Mgt and Problem Mgt, End User Support, Audit / LCD Compliance / IT Risk / Corp Security review, Release and Config Mgt, Capacity, Provisioning and Supply chain Mgt, Event Mgt, Vendor Mgt.

Individual should possess project and program management expertise with a focus on delivery execution and excellence.
Tracking delivery milestones, timelines, resources and related budgets.

Individual is expected to work as a team member, collaborating with other team members in the NYC office. The ability to manage an individual book and maintain consistent team interaction is critical.
