* 5+ years hands on development and some Design experience will be good in Core, Java, JDBC, J2EE (EJB, Servelets, JSP, Java Script etc), Struts Frame work. All these skills are a MUST.
* Application servers are JBoss and Tomcat.
* Web Service is a Plus but highly desired.
* Who is interested to be hands on in Design/development (looking for J2EE development ).
* Worked through all phases of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), eager to learn latest technologies
* Excellent communication skills is a must.
* Must be able to work independently, research problems (analytical skills is very important) and mature enough to handle problems
* Previous experience working with onsite clients is highly desired.
