* The person should be able to architect and develop the applications in the web/.NET world and understand the deployment issues surrounding that (IIS, scalability, load balancing)..
* Must be a self-starter, to be able to design, build and manage the application and application integration with other systems. Other engineers and architects in the group will provide the help neede, but the core work should be from him/her.
* Strong in the front-end/UI aspect of .NET application development
* Hands on with ASP.NET in either C# (preferred) or VB.NET
* HTML/DHTML and Javascript
* Server and User controls
* XML and XSLT
* Experience in Portal development and Content Management (strong plus)
Skills - Expertise in VB.NET and ASP.Net with sound knowledge of Databases.
Knowledge - Web Services and Remoting.
Experience - 1-3 years.
Qualifications - BE/MCS/MCA/BCS/MSc.
Others – Experience on developing ERP/CRM applications preferred.
* The ideal candidate must have developed applications for at least 6-8 years, with a full-lifecyle exposure in application development. Must have at least 3 years in .NET space.
