  Job Description
Responsibilities

-Articulate the vision of the Aprimo solution and provide support
-Review, approve, and prioritise new business process requests
-Execute the change management process to drive behaviour changes required for the adoption of Aprimo Marketing by the user community
-Gather all business requirements for new requests
-Work closely with the (Client) Aprimo System Administrator
-Facilitating ongoing Aprimo status meetings to optimise Aprimo value and minimise issues
-Organise and execute the change management process to drive behaviour changes required for the adoption of the Aprimo solution by the user community
-Document and prioritise reporting requests
-Review and approve standard documents and templates used by the entire Aprimo solution
-Work with Administrator/IT for any network support issues or needs
-Be available for Issue Resolution/Escalation as needed
-Develop, communicate and maintain all business usage policies
-Operate as the communication liaison between client and Aprimo.
-Approve any additional user license requests
-Develop ongoing training plan and enablement of new Aprimo users
-Develop refresher training programs/materials as needed
-Recommend refresher training programs/materials as needed
-Provide communication updates to the user community as appropriate
-Be available for Issue Resolution/Escalation as needed
-Provide level 0 support to user community
-Implement configuration changes to the Aprimo solution such as:
--Drop Down Lists
--Extended Attribute
--Business Rules
--Organisational Classifications
--System Parameters
--Terminology
-Monitor consistent application of the data structures across user community
-Maintain control over all public assets such as Views
-Maintain system issue log and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) from the user community
