Managing a team of IT support engineers in the areas on server, desktop, network administration etc.
• Hands-on administration and troubleshooting
• Assigning the tasks to team members and monitoring the tasks
• Providing technical solutions to the team members and work with development and test project teams on their requirements
• Planning and implementation of new initiatives, upgradation and optimization of network and systems
• Managing AMC of IT and Network equipments
• Development and implementation of new IT processes and managing various Audit activities
• Co-ordinate with global teams, setting up uniform support system
• Co-ordination with vendors in selection and procurement of hardware and network equipments
• Managing and monitoring Problem Tracking system
• Co-ordinating BCP and DR activities

Desired Candidate Profile

10-13 years in IT support. Must be hands on. Should have experience in LAN, WAN management and installation, Lotus Domino Server, Switch and Router configuration, Server Administration (Windows and Solaris),

Strorage Strategy and management etc. Should have very good communication and Leadership skills, Team Management capability. Should be process oriented. Experience in IPV6, BCP and DR and having IT process certification is a plus.
