  Job Description
--HR system (HR.net):
--Create username and password for new users – send details to new starters
--Delete leavers from HR.net
--Maintain HR.net system in line with organisation policies, procedures and processes
--Build simple workflows and make amendments to the system as dictated by process changes
--Respond to any queries relating to self service and operation of the system within agreed service levels delivery manager and -employee self service projects
--Deliver training to user groups as needed by the business

Resourcing system (One Source):
--Arrange for employees to be given One Source access
--Train staff in uploading requisitions / job descriptions on to the system
--Train People Capital staff globally in the use of the system and maintain user instruction documentation
--Ensure integrity of data in-line with career company structure
--Produce weekly / monthly and ad hoc reports for Resourcing team
--Add job requisitions to the system and check status of requisitions in the process
--Work with the Head of Resourcing on reviewing system for supplier workflow

--Management Information:
--Prepare Management Information for HR Consultants as requested
--Prepare monthly HR Dashboard (headcount, attrition, age/gender, time to hire, cost per hire, hires globally per month, --forecasted hires, internal moves, absence) for AMS Leadership team
--Distribute weekly starter/leaver/changes report to various parts of the business

General support:
--Ensure all employee records are kept up-to-date
--Maintain integrity of HR database, ensuring compliance with Data Protection legislation
--Completion of ad hoc projects for the People Capital team

Skills - Technical

--Previous systems / database administration experience
--Intermediate – Advanced Excel skills, ability to build simple models and macros
--Accuracy and attention to detail
--Financially literate, ability to work closely with Finance team on reporting needs
--Able to work on own initiative with conflicting priorities
--Ability to work to tight and often changing deadlines within a busy global environment
