Specific Job/Technical Requirements
1 Good standard of education – preferable in Business or Finance/ Computing related degree
(minimum Education to at least 'A' level standard is required)
2 Excellent knowledge of JD Edwards (Enterprise one) application functionality (Financials – Service and Contract Billing) and underlying JDE table structures and contents at Advance Level (at least 3 year working experience without supervision)
3 Good understanding of business and financial requirements
4 Able to troubleshoot issues, find solutions, recommend and implement the solutions in a timely manner.
5 Able to work independently or as part of a team /or supervise a team
6 Excellent Microsoft Office skills especially in Microsoft Excel and Access and /or SQL (SQL desirable)
7 Proactive to complete a task or resolve an issue - Able to set and meet targets
8 Task focused with excellent communication skills (written and oral) to report on progress/result.
9 Discretion and confidentiality essential - including Professional, Positive, Flexible and Proactive Attitude.
10 Desirable: Part/fully qualified accountant or a relevant qualification (experience is essential)
11 Helpdesk support experience and ability to analyse and resolve user issues .
