  Job Description
-- The nature of the projects requires that Project Managers will necessarily focus on the co-ordination and management of particular technical, business and operational skill areas and, as such, may require support to fulfill all of the project management activities necessary.
-- The successful candidate will therefore be required to understand and operate within a matrix management environment in order to efficiently obtain that support.

-- Educated to degree level or equivalent, you should come from either a defence or mechanical/electrical background and have been involved with projects delivering military hardware/software or covering the full lifecycle of a complex technical product delivery.
-- You should have the ability to problem solve and have good communication skills in order to manage the resolution of project problems.

-- The skills required by this role consist of a proven track record in a range of project management activities including:
-- Contract Administration
-- Timeline Management
-- Resource Management
-- Secretariat Coordination and Management
-- Site Engineering Management
-- The Management and Control of Third Party Manufacturers and Suppliers
