  Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Interviews applicants for open professional-level positions.
* Develop applicant flow for technical professional and technical management positions
* Utilize internal recruiting tools to source candidates for open positions.
* Place ads on various recruiting sites to find applicable candidates
* Review resumes received and forward appropriate candidates to account managers.
* Work with candidates on interview skills, required paperwork, background checks, reference checks, and drug screenings
* Perform other tasks as requested from upper management

Job Requirements:

Education:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Skills Required:

* A successful candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Excellent computer and telephone skills.
* Possess at least two years of technical recruiting and contract placement experience
* Knowledge of technical job market, recruiting techniques and employment policies and procedures are essential.
* Proficient in MS Office
* Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced HR environment
* Professional Work Ethics.
