Job Description:

--The role will be a customer facing role and you will be required to work with a variety of customers on Business Process
--Change projects in IT Service Management in ITIL or ISO/IEC20000 based environments.
--You will be responsible for delivery of project elements which range from the gathering of business requirements, project scoping, and service management process mapping and workshop facilitation. Your responsibilities will include:
--Assist clients in optimising their Business Process Management and assisting in managing change to implement Best Practices
--Work with stakeholders and ensuring that all stakeholders are won over to the extent that each project is delivered successfully
--Deliver quality Business Analysis to ensure effective delivery of the client solution
--Work with project teams and extended team members to maximise the contribution in delivering each project
--Support the structured delivery of each Project ensuring appropriate methodology is applied
--Provide excellent analytical skills to deliver quality solutions

Key Tasks
The key tasks include:
--Develop an understanding of the clients business and in particular their dependency and interaction with IT Service Delivery
--Gather the business requirements, and developing project scope
--Assess the maturity and degree of implementation of IT service management processes
--Mapping the "Current State", "Desired State " and "Gap Analysis"
--Validating the "Desired state" and ensuring that the proposed solution supports business needs
--Planning the transition process to close the gap analysis
--Managing the implementation of the plan
--Compiling the documentation, including policies, procedures and work instructions
--Work with technical resources to ensure all deliverables are understood and delivered to meet the business needs
--Assist in the Change Management plan and ensure proper methodology is followed in delivering the change elements
--Preparing and supporting client for external audits
--Contribute to the post implementation review and support a proper hand-over to the business
--Attend and contribute at relevant project meetings

Qualifications and experience
--Business Experience:
--Strong knowledge and experience of IT Service Delivery in an ITIL or BS15000/ISO/IEC20000 based environment – Minimum 3 years
--Proven Business Change Management record of which 5 years should be working as an Analyst
--Exceptional analytical skills
--Strong motivational and people skills
--Highly developed customer-focus and 'doing things right first time'
--Specific experience of Problem, Incident, Change and SLA processes would be an advantage

Education and other skills:
--Primary business or technical degree
--ITIL or EXIN Certification (foundation / manager certification)
--Knowledge of ISO/IEC20000 Service Management Standard a distinct advantage
--Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Innovative and creative.
