  Job Description
Main Job Purpose

--The role will be customer facing and you will be required to work with a variety of customers in the area of Business Process Change.
--You will be responsible for project implementation and control on a number of projects where new and innovative product offerings will be the driver.

Your responsibilities will include:
--Identification of all stakeholders and ensuring that all stakeholders are won over to the extent that each project is delivered successfully
--Work with the project sponsor and business change to ensure an effective Change Management strategy is developed and executed
--Manage the project teams and extended teams to maximise the contribution in delivering each project
--Implement a structured Project Management methodology ensuring Sponsor and other key stakeholders have visibility of -project progress
Key Tasks

The key tasks include:
--Develop an understanding of the clients business
--Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
--Manage the project and extended teams with regards to their input into the projects
--Understand the project scope and ensure it is sign-off by sponsor and appropriate stakeholders
--Manage the project scope, identify and manage all changes
--Drive and coordinate the requirements, ensuring required standards is achieved
--Monitor and control costs on projects
--Continuous project monitoring and reporting
--Arrange and coordinate all relevant project meetings
--Ensure appropriate training is scheduled and managed
--Implement a thorough communication and Change Management strategy
--Ensure all technical deliverables and managed and delivers to specification
--Implement a testing strategy that included end to end IT and Business process testing.
