  Job Description
The ideal candidate will have the following:
•A background in Infrastructure (and at least 5years experience of an infrastructure role)
•Have 3years experience in a managerial capacity (managing 1 or more teams)
•Understanding of Virtualisation, LAN and WAN infrastructures
•Understanding of business continuity and resilience
•Have a minimum of 2 years working using a formal IT mentodology, ideally ITIL

•2 years plus experience of working within a legal or professional services environment
•A generic understanding of other areas of IT service management including 1st/2nd line support, application development, software support etc
•At least 2 years of managing and determining IT budget spend
•A formal qualification in IT security, eg ISEB
•Personal Skills:
•self-motivated, committed, excellent communicational skills.
