  Job Description
Service Desk Analyst :-

Responsibilities of the role will include providing concise and accurate logging and management of all IT, Networking and Telephony requests that are reported to the Service Desk.

The ideal candidate will come from a security cleared background and will have at least 2 years Service Desk experience. Sound commercial knowledge of HEAT call logging system is a must. An understanding of ITIL frameworks would be extremely beneficial.
