  Job Description
? Answering Voice Calls

? Managing Mail communications

? Opening of fault/MAC tickets in call logging tool/Ticketing system

? Follow up with Respective stake holders within customer and company for approvals for Change Requests and planned activities.

? Correct Site id identification

? Proper classification of tickets

? Co-ordination with resolving agencies (internal and external) for resolution of tickets

? Collect all information required to process ticket before reporting issue to vendor

? Regular and Pro-actively updating Tickets

? Taking Closure Confirmations

? Timely Closure of tickets in ticket logging tool

? Daily and Weekly Updating of CR and TT Tracker.
