* You must have very strong skills and experience on Microsoft .NET Framework and other Microsoft platforms.
* Expert skills in application development utilizing ASP.NET, VB.NET and/or C#, WinForms, Web Services and SQL Server. A versatile, multifaceted applicant with a wide array of development skills is ideal.
* Should have worked on atleast 4 to 5 advanced .NET Applications. Good understanding of software engineering principles and processes and relevant experience.
* Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD), Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification is preferred.
