  Job Description
You will be responsible to provide 2nd line support on the IT and communications helpdesk working within defined SLAs and KPIs, providing support for Windows XP Professional, Windows Vista and Windows 2003 Server, work within structured Incident Management, Problem Resolution and Change Management Processes.

Candidates must have:
1) Proven experience working in a Service based environment and working toward SLA s.
2) Proven experience in a Microsoft environment.
3) Relevant Degree, MCP, MCSA, MCSE, MCSDT or equivalent experience
4) Experience supporting as many of the following as possible Active Directory, Exchange 2003, SharePoint Portal Server 2003, MIMEsweeper for STMP, Cisco Routers, Symantec Backup Exec, Bluecoat Proxy, Mitel ICP Telephones, Terminal Server, Project 2003, HP ProCurve Switches, for Windows XP Professional, Windows Vista and Windows 2003 Server.
