  Job Description
Desired Candidate Profile
The candidate should have experience in the following:

1. Client Requirement Analysis for technical design

2. GUI coding for CBT and WBT

3. Designing and using templates

4. Programming for various eLearning standards like AICC, SCORM, 508, W3C

5. Hands on experience in integration and testing with different LMS

6. Knowledge of new elearning technologies and trends

Job Description
1. Will be responsible for the professional development, training, recruitment and overall performance and work quality of the Programming team

2. Will interface with cross functional teams

3. Will work on Proposals and solutions with Account Managers and/or Marketing team and/or clients

4. Should have more than 5 years experience in a similar role

5. Should have working knowledge of industry standards, such as AICC, SCORM and 503

6. Have knowledge of emerging technologies

7. Should demonstrate effective speaking, writing and presentation skills

8. Should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
