  Job Description
Qualifications

--Associate degree and/or a minimum of two years of applicable/associated work experience.
--Knowledge of desktop operating systems including Windows 2000, Windows XP Professional and Windows 9x.
--Knowledge of Windows 2003 Server and Active Directory.
--Basic understanding of LAN/WAN technology.
--Proficient hardware, software and network troubleshooting and analytical skills.
--Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
--Must have outstanding customer service skills and resourcefulness.
--Experience and knowledge with the MS Office Suite, pcAnywhere, browser-based applications and Outlook e-mail client.
--Working knowledge of PC Hardware configurations and troubleshooting.
--Self motivated and directed.
--Attention to detail.
--Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Duties

--Work with users to provide first level support for all hardware, software and network related issues.
--Operate central tape backup system.
--Provide technical onsite and remote phone support to clients
--Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstation hardware, software, and printer products
--Perform analysis, diagnosis and resolution of PC problems for a variety of end users.
--Receive and respond in a timely manner to incoming calls and/or e-mails regarding PC and/or hardware problems.
--Supporting multiple servers.
