  Job Description
Responsibilities :

- Leading and supporting the technical infrastructure.
- Strategic planning of outsourced data center development, growth of the networks, data communication, and data delivery infrastructures.
- Manage the overall technical needs of the business while taking complete ownership of all information systems/infrastructure requirements.
- Participate in developing standards and procedures to ensure the maximum level of availability of critical systems and -administer Internet access, infrastructure, backup and security systems.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field including Engineering, Computer or Software Engineering
- At least 5 years experience with systems administration in a Microsoft Windows environment
- Experience configuring, maintaining and fine tuning IIS, Microsoft SQL Application Servers, and Microsoft Exchange Server
- Experience with I/O subsystems and RAID
- Experience designing, implementing and supporting 24 x 7 systems
- Experience with capacity planning, systems usage monitoring, performance tuning, clustering, and server consolidation
- Experience with proxy servers, web servers, and caching technologies
- Experience with Cisco routers, firewalls, and switches

Required Skills :

- In-depth knowledge of Active Directory concepts, administration, and design
- Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP networking, related network services (i.e. DNS, SMTP, DHCP, SNMP, etc) and network concepts (i.e. routing, NAT, Load Balancing)
- Knowledge of network security concepts and technologies, including but not limited to: Cisco PIX, NetScreen ISGs, and Checkpoint firewalls

Desired Skills :-

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with others, which could include levels of management and external vendors
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to find successful resolutions for complex issues, escalating those that require management involvement, when necessary

- Competence and self-motivation in analyzing problems and getting to the root cause
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
