  Job Description
Essential Functions

--Uses commercial data quality tools (DataFlux, Trillium, Business Objects, Informatica, IBM) to analyze, improve and control data quality.
--Researches root causes of problems with contributed data and leads effort to remedy the issue with contributor.
--Works with business stakeholders to develop and track metrics necessary to monitor data quality.
---Develops and manages reporting of statistical information necessary to support sales, account management, and compliance.
--Designs, develops, and presents finding of complex data queries necessary to fully understand data quality issue/opportunities.
--Completes financial assessments and business cases on potential revenue and/or cost savings, resulting from improved -data.
--Develops summary data quality scorecards.
--Provide detailed reports to support cleanup of data (manual and automated).
--Develops recommendations on how the business can constantly improve its data quality.
--Complies with all security policies and procedures, to ensure that the highest level of system and data confidentiality, integrity and availability is maintained.
--Performs other duties as assigned or apparent.

Qualifications

--Bachelors degree in Statistics, MIS, Information Systems or equivalent.
--Good working knowledge of all Early Warning data sources and elements.
--In depth knowledge of functionality of Early Warning risk solution products.
--Ability to extract, query and manipulate large relational databases and flat files.
--Programming experience preferred. Conceptual understanding of regular expressions a plus.
--Ability to perform complex analyses and communicate results to management.
--Strong analytical skills and MIS/database reporting skills required.
--Risk/Fraud prevention experience a plus.
--Approved background and drug screen is required.

Physical Requirements
--Working conditions consist of a normal office environment.
--Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours.
--Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling, and reaching.
--Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally.
--Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers.
--Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers.
