  Job Description
Job description:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience, is required.
* Strong SAP Functional Knowledge in areas of SAP CO Modules.
* Solid understanding of standard financial business processes within Product Costing, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Materials Management, Purchasing, General Ledger, and Special Purpose Ledger.

* 5 years of experience in a relevant functional area, such as SAP Product Costing.
* Experience in the consumer foods manufacturing industry.
* Two or more years of experience in which one or more of the following occurred:
~ Successfully worked on implementing SAP CO modules with emphasis on Product Costing.
~ Developed efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems.

* Experience with business processes related to finance and controlling and must show strong understanding of financial business processes.
* Strong analytical aptitude with a proven ability to analyze/interpret business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
* Excellent verbal and written skills, organizational and time-management abilities.
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, including aptitude for mentoring and coaching others, and the ability to work with personnel at all organizational levels.
* Flexibility and adaptability to the demands and requirements of a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; ability to work on multiple projects and assignments simultaneously.
* Excellent creative thinking skills with emphasis on developing innovative solutions to complex problems that may not have one clear answer; the ability to identify alternatives, workarounds or temporary solutions.
* The ability to challenge the status quo and recommend new methods and solutions to problems and issues.
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint and Outlook.
