  Job Description
Key Responsibilities

-Provide exceptional service to internal and external clients.
-Acquire and maintain extensive knowledge of the Perquest suite of products.
-Design and develop custom reports for internal and external purposes.
-Assist with/develop Data Migration tools.
-Build standard GL Masks, Exports and Reports and implement as appropriate.
-Build standard PayData Imports and implement as appropriate.
-Build standard HR Imports and Reports and implement as appropriate.
-Acquire and utilize knowledge of existing interfaces/reports and apply/customize them appropriately.
-Attend industry training and maintain current knowledge about features and functions of Perquest and partner payroll systems.
-Assist with other tasks as needed or as assigned by the Director of Client Services.

-3+ years of Data Migration, Interface development and Report Writing experience
-3+ years Client Service/Implementation experience
-5+ years of experience in payroll and payroll tax
-Visual Basic
-SQL Server
-Crystal Reports
-CRM experience
-CPP certification preferred
