  Job Description
SUMMARY:

The candidate will support the Information Technology department in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and goals. They will provide support for all desktop support issues and assists with upgrading software and hardware as needed to ensure proper functioning of the organization's information systems. Willingness to learn and a great attitude is a must!

Primary Responsibilities:

* Provides user support via phone, email, and onsite assistance for high-maintenance software programs and to minimize user-down-time.
* Looks for ways to better support and enhance the existing software/hardware environment.
* Resolve IT issues permanently.
* Will work closely with other IT Department staff to ensure that all user issues are resolved in a timely manner and documented as needed.
* Strong commitment to customer support and the ability to work with all levels.

Work and Industry Experience Requirements :-

* Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP (moving to Vista), Microsoft Server 2003, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Exchange email, Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition and Office 2003 including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Strong ability in troubleshooting software, PC, Blackberry devices, and networked copier and printer problems.
* Should have experience with wireless routers, DSL/Cable modem routers, remote access and other home based technology.
* Experience with training users on how to use software.
* Excellent teamwork skills with a strong sense of responsibility, accountability, reliability, and commitment.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Experience and Education :-

* Minimum 2 years experience required
* MCSA/MCSE Certifications a plus.

* Must be US citizen or Green Card holder local in California for in-person interview only.
