  Job Description
Job description:

* Plan and manage the external supplier (including Finished Goods
and Raw Material Supplier) change enablement effort.
* Responsible for the power user experience from kickoff through
implementation and hypercare (5-10 weeks post implementation).
* Develop change action plan for major stakeholder groups
(example: all plant personnel, external suppliers, corporate campus).
* Design, develop and deploy change actions materials and events
(example: communication, manager enrollment, steering committee
* Assess business impact of SAP on stakeholder community.
* Maintain journey maps (our contract with executives).
* Facilitate role mapping process of SAP roles, SAP Transactions,
Business Roles, User IDs, etc.
