Supports the real-time environments that support the delivery of ILT training provided by HHSC, DADS, Accenture Learning and TAA operations.
Provides support for real time IE classes in session throughout to include scheduling classes by IE environment, maintenance activities and testing.
Develop and maintain data that supports the IE curriculum using SQL scripts and replication, import and export utilities
Create and/or modify data to support workbook exercises, exercise development and curriculum development in TIERS and in Portal.
Restore databases as backup personnel.
Monitor environments daily.
Learn applications from front to back perspectives.
Log environmental and application defects when required.
Deliverables will be required: exercise workbooks and associated system data; database restores; and defect logs
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years 9i and/or 10g Oracle experience
Minimum 2 years in training support or administration
Minimum 2 years SQL experience
Preferred Skills:
Experience with application and/or database servers
Experience with software builds in any capacity
Experience with relational databases
