  Job Description
Required Qualifications:

* In-sourcing of it*s current outsourced Help Desk.

* Replacement of it*s old IT Ticketing system.

* Reorganization of it*s IT Support to create a dedicated Level 2/Level 3 End User Support Team.

The position will require leading the IT Support Model re-engineering efforts as well as being the manager of both the new Help Desk and End User Support Team.


* At least 5 years experience as a customer facing IT Support Manager.

* Experience as a Help Desk Manager.

* Experience as a Manager of Level 2/Level 3 End User Support and/or Desktop Support.

* Excellent communication skills a must.

Experience implementing a help desk ticketing system is a major plus.
* A customer focused orientation and outstanding customer service skills.
