  Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Act as a Scrum Master for 1-3 Scrum teams
• Help achieving Sprint goals
• Act as a Scrum Coach to bring team's understanding and maturity level to adhere to Agile Methodologies. Ensure that our approach is standard across scrum teams.
• Drive Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum Meetings, and facilitate sprint demos
• Take full ownership of resolving issues/problems/risks faced by team
• Ensure cross-team coordination
• Work on removing barriers experienced by Team
• Communicate on day-to-day activities to required stakeholders
• Provide regular status reports to Program Manager
• Manage expectations set by Program Manager in executing Sprints that are assigned
• Act as a Project Manager when necessary. Take responsibility of managing dependencies among different teams and stakeholders.
• Work with Program Manager and PDO Manager to strengthen team as an "Agile Center of Excellence."
Qualifications:
• At least 5 Years of experience in leading IT/Software projects as a Project Manager or Scrum Master
• 2-3 Years of strong experience as Scrum Master
• Experience in executing projects using Agile Methodologies
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills

Requirements:

2. Excellent communicator
3. Ability to drive change. This team has historically used the Traditional Waterfall method for project management and are moving toward Agile management style. This individual would be a change agent (champion) on the team. Able to talk and bring people on board, coach them over to the new system etc.
