Requirements:
B.Sc. in Computer Science, engineering, information systems, or equivalent experience; M.Sc. is desirable
Firm grasp of object oriented design, client and server side web development methodologies with a focus on scale performance
4-7 years of software development experience in a team of 3 or more developers, implementing large scale, high performance web and other Internet applications in a Linux/UNIX environment
Experience with cross-browser HTML, CSS, Ajax and JavaScript
Experience manipulating and transporting high volumes of real-time data
Strong working knowledge of SQL and PHP/Python to build scalable designs; preference given to advanced knowledge in PHP5 development and PostgreSQL/MySQL databases
Strong/Expert fluency over web services programming and fully comfortable using XML (REST/SOAP) / JSON
Ability to work in a fast moving environment with quick turnaround objectives
Excellent teamwork, independent decision making, and written/verbal communication skills
Analytical thinking, problem solving, trouble shooting and attention to detail a must
4+ years of technical working experience with UNIX/Linux and Windows OS environments and HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP
Agile / TDD methodologies and systems - Greenhopper is a plus
Revision control and bug tracking systems - Subversion and JIRA are a plus
Experience in the online advertising industry - SEM and CPA are a plus
