  Job Description
Service now Architect

Service now implementation experience.
Java Scripting knowledge and has done it in Service-now for custom app development.
Hands-on technical delivery including required documentation of cost-effective Service-now solutions using a number of technical skills such as HTML, XML, JavaScript/AJAX, Integrations (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc…)
Ability to create and modify workflows.
Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the Service-now platform and similar ITSM toolsets.
Integration with third party tools.
Knowledge of web services, APIs.
Managing multiple engagement and good resource handling.
Experience with migration from legacy applications is desired.
Competency

ITIL Foundation certified
ITIL exposure a highly desired (Tool or business process)
Service-Now Certified.
Good Communication and presentation skills.
Client handling, work exposure in Service Now consulting.
Strong analytical, evaluative and problem-solving abilities.
Project Management experience.
