  Job Description
Complete ownership for the implementation aspect of the project and responsible for its success/ failure.
Responsible for Project Planning, Manpower planning, SCM, Budget planning etc.
Interaction with customer regarding day to day updation etc.
Providing strategic oversight of the large practice Implementation team
Strategizing with the team in the recruitment of large practices
Managing large practice Quality Improvement Collaborative program
Overseeing the successful implementation and large scale strategic programs
Establish, maintain and communicate scalable, repeatable processes to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiencies.
Document and communicate project plans, milestones, issues, risks and status throughout the life of the project(s).

Desired Profile
Project Planning, Monitoring and Control
Prepare/ Review Customer Specifications Document and get sign off from the customer.
Conduct Project Reviews. Assess the status of the project. Take corrective actions if and when required.
Providing management services such as employee performance reviews, corrective action, documentation, staff development, recruiting and budget reconciliation
Complete the projects within the budgeted cost.
Customer Interactions and prospect for new business with them
Handover of the project to the Support Team
Looking for candidates having strong experience on EFT switch Implementation or Credit or Prepaid card domain.
The candidate may be required to travel to customer locations, within India and abroad.

Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills would be necessary. Proven proficiency in People Management, Team handling and Leadership skills. Experience in the use of Project Management tools is essential.
