  Job Description
Requirements for SAP Pre-sales solution engineer located in Mumbai. Must be entrepreneurial, highly motivated, self-starter individual who works very well alone and with a close team of other peers.
Team work is critical, and has the trait of being a self-starter
Eager to learn from others and new software capabilities
Positive attitude, creative in problem solving
Strong desire to work in a sales organization to provide sales support for Business Development as product expert
Flexible with various job responsibilities and duties
Able to travel - mostly day trips or overnighters in the Western US

Primary skill set: Functional hands on experience in Logistics Supply Chain and Manufacturing, Operations, integration with other business processes/functions

Must have excellent communication skills (written and oral), excellent presentation skills, good documentation and demonstration skills
Comfortable under stress
Comfortable communicating with customer c-level executives Must have good understanding of common business processes and small/medium business environments
Primary focus will be manufacturing and supply chain logistics, production planning
Secondary focus will be in warehouse management, quality management, APO Industry experience variety of experiences in various industries (2-3), such as:
High Tech
Services
Manufacturing
Wholesale distribution
Consumer Product Goods
SAP experience
Projects experience with small to medium size companies
Experienced in blueprinting SAP solutions to fit customer requirements
Familiar with SAP All-In-One solution set
Good understanding / experience with integrating SAP with non-SAP applications from a business process / function perspective
Good understanding of ASAP implementation methodology
Overview knowledge of SAP solution offerings Work experience
5+ years of professional business experience (Industry experience is a big plus)
3+ years of SAP implementations, or have participated a team member in 2 Full Life Cycle, Go Live implementation projects
1+ years experience in participating in sales related activities (i.e. Sales support, presentations, product demonstrations, request for proposal, end user training)
1+ years project management experience
Exposure to Project Management, Proposal and RFP responses
