-Call logs through phone/email and ensure closure as per the process.
-Follow-up/update ticket for every call to ensure timely closure.
-Call ownership, drive to resolution and communication with customer.
-Perform Life Cycle of Incident Management Process, starting with Incident Logging to Call -Closure and customer satisfaction survey.
-Telephonic support to Field Engineers and Co-ordination with Vendors.
-Ready to work on 24X7 Support environment.
-Readiness to stretch whenever required.
-Proactive monitoring and Perform documented Escalation process.
