  Job Description

• Advanced knowledge of Windows XP Operating System and Windows 7 in an enterprise environment

• Advanced level of knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

• Advanced level of knowledge of Active Directory

• Basic to Intermediate level of knowledge of Active Roles Server (ARS)

• Advanced level of knowledge of diagnostic tools used to diagnose and fix problems on local and remote computers

• Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills

• Skilled in the use of desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices

• Strong software and hardware troubleshooting skills

• Strong network troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a team focus

• Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines

• Ability to utilize problem-solving techniques


• Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field OR 2 years relevant work experience

• 3 years experience providing technical support in an enterprise environment


• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology

• ITIL Foundations certification

• Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) Enterprise Desktop Support Technician 7
