  Job Description
I am looking for a Business Support/HR Manager based in Lewes, you will be responsible for HR matters across the business. Input will maximise the contribution of employees to deliver ASL strategic goals and objectives.
You must have:

* A degree in Business Management studies or equivalent
* Strong business acumen, excellent documentation skills, excellent IT and strong contractual knowledge
* Experience of working with and supporting senior management
* Significant experience of HR business partnering
* Good knowledge of MS Office suite
