  Job Description
Role Purpose
The Senior Support Analyst will be responsible for Support of all Level 2 and Level 3 related application incidents on the MDM Informatica Power Center and Hub implementation and assist with key activities to ensure the quality, operational robustness and stability of all MDM applications.

Main Duties And Responsibilities
The role will sit within the newly formed MDM Application Support Team and be part of a Service Delivery Management (DCIAS) team dedicated to the MDM area supporting configuration changes, code corrections, user/authorization requests, data issues, user queries, user creation, etc. which are raised through our global Remedy system.

Responsibilities include:

• Support and Maintenance of all Level 2 and Level 3 related application incidents

• Support of the Deployment of applications between the Dev, Test, PreProd and Production environments

• Liaising with other support teams to deliver a world class service to MDM end users and project teams.

• Support the end user on all error resolution incidents and application change requests.

• Ensure incidents are handled within the agreed SLA's.

• User Access Management to the various Application environments.

• Reroute incidents which are not able to be resolved within the immediate team to the Build developers

• Facilitate the development/implementation of an incident solution knowledge repository to drive process excellence.

• Drive effective root cause analysis of recurring application issues.

• Platform Infrastructure teams e.g.Prime Mover, DevOps Informatica admin teams(Power Center, Hub, Informatica, Webservices, ETL, T-SQL scripting, etc)

• 3rd party Informatica developers

Requirements of Role
Personal Skills and Attributes:

• Ability to work collaboratively with the MDM Development Teams and other branches of the MDMPlatforms Team

• Resilient team player who is goal-orientated and demonstrates a high level of commitment with the ability to work under minimal supervision

• Ensure high level of communication with key stakeholders and internal team members.

• Strong process oriented approach to work and excellent attention to detail

• Time Management skills must be well developed, with the ability to quickly change priorities to meet business and IT requirements.

• To be culturally sensitive and able to quickly analyze and assess a situation and provide robust recommendations and solutions.

Informatica power centre specialist(With basic oracle development knowledge)

Informatica MDM specialist(With basic oracle development knowledge)
1)Should have knowledge in development of Informatica MDM project
2)Should have thorough knowldge in mapping , match , merge
Informatica IDD specialist(With basic oracle development knowledge)
1) Should have knowledge in creation of data model (subject area)
2) Should have knowledge in user exits based on java
