  Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop presentation, approach paper, case studies and marketing collateral
Work with Business Units and Delivery managers to understand best practices and produce concept paper
Create response to RFI/ RFP and manage bids
Develops the Proposal Plan and review the Enquiry Summary
Organizes and holds the bid kick off meeting
Manages the interfaces with Partners and Client
Approves the scope of work of each party involved in the bid
Prepares the bidding documents for the subcontracts RFQ\'s
Identifies the pre bid agreements to be completed, if necessary
Integrates proposal packages prepared by the individual Operating Companies and Proposal Partners and reconcile possible discrepancies
Discusses with the Commercial Managers and approve each Operating Company proposal package in accordance with the BU\'s Commercial Strategy
Manage the post bid clarification phase with the Client Define possible scope of work reviews with the Operating Company supports Review the contract with the support of non-commercial Departments
Prepare the Tender Progress Reports
Prepare the Proposal Close Out Report

Desired Candidate Profile:

Profile of the position:
Bid managers facilitate the proposal development process from start to finish. They oversee the creation of presales documentation and presentations for potential customers. Bid managers also produce the tendering plan and establish the tendering team, which typically includes representation from a company's financial, legal, sales and procurement departments. They are supposed to work closely with sales managers to estimate project costs and track completion of written assignments. Bid managers also organize bid distribution logistics, including the management approval process. Essentially, bid managers oversee the proposal development process to provide high-quality bids on time.
He or she should be adhering to all applicable certifications and compliances

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
Very strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Good exposure on writing proposals
International exposure a must
Experience working as a team member and facilitator (not as individual contributor)
Organized personality and good knowledge of using Microsoft office
Good understanding of business and technical domain

Desired Qualification:
Minimum graduate BA, BCom, BE, MBA in Sales/Marketing - Preferred

Desired Experience:
Should have at least 6 years of experience in Pre Sales, bid management, Proposal Making
