  Job Description
Candidate Must have 1 - 2 years of experience in US recruitment. US shift timing. Hiring for US, India, Shanghai and Singapore.
Resourcing through Internet job portals Dice, Monster and Naukri combined with utilizing existing candidate relationships and referrals, along with various Internet sourcing techniques.
Understanding the job requirements and providing a pool of candidates within the specified deadline.
Prioritizing the open requirements and co-ordinate with the team members for the successful fulfillment of positions.
Responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, checking references and updating job boards.
Regular follow up with Stakeholders, Project Managers and Internal business team.
Good knowledge in US Tax terms (W2, C2C,H-1, 1099).
Interview scheduling and communicating it to the candidate.
Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills.
