  Job Description
IT Service Desk Analyst – Office 2010, DMS, Legal, Windows 7; required by a leading City law firm to provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to around 400 users.

This is a technical remote and desktop support role; you should have experience supporting a similar sized user base in a professional service environment and be confident in dealing with customers both over the phone as well as face to face.

You will be familiar with the MS Office 2010 / 2007 suite (particularly MS Word) and be knowledgeable enough to advise the user on functionality, template creation and Macros.

You should also have experience supporting PC Hardware and know the inner workings of both PC Terminal and Printer Hardware.

Any experience working for a law firm will be a significant advantage, although this is not a pre-requisite.

You will be part of a team of 4 where you will have the advantage of joining a structure which will allow you work and communicate closely with the wider IT team and you will be able to get involved with various exciting projects that the firm has planned in the near future.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to cement their experience working as a 1st and 2nd line Service Desk Analyst in a 'time is money' professional services environment.
