  Job Description

Desired Skills
Good experience in architecting, designing, implementing and managing large scale, complex applications
A minimum of 7 years experience in J2EE application development
A minimum of 1-2 years experience on EXT.JS is mandatory
Excellent track record of architecting, designing, implementing and delivering software in a results-oriented environment
Capable of product-level (multi-module) design and architecture
Ability to understand issues related to module abstraction, platform issues and design for change, at the system level
Ability to conceptualize and propose new designs, create prototypes and proof-of-concepts and drive their end-to-end implementation
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best design practices
Expertise in application servers including Jboss, Weblogic, Websphere, Tomcat etc
Expertise in domain modeling, database modeling and database skills
Experience with build systems (Ant, Maven), unit testing tools (Junit, HttpUnit, etc), version control software and defect tracking systems
Strong experience in a number of open source frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, JBPM, Axis, Drools, Quartz, etc
Excellent understanding of SOA and Web Services
Experience in managing and leading change
Excellent writing, technical documentation and verbal communication skills
Excellent team management and collaboration skills
