  Job Description
Looking for an experienced Business Analyst to act as a functional lead in business solutions. You must have proven experience of analysing internal systems, processes and IT solutions.

You will be required to act as the contact point between the business and IT, listen and understand business needs and identify the best way to meet them.

The Company
My client is the UK's largest technical facilities management operation employing in excess of 6,000 people and servicing major clients across every sector. They self-deliver virtually all our hard FM services nationally, coordinated through one of the UK's most sophisticated customer service centres in the industry.
Duties include:
* Maintain and build relationships with key business stakeholders
* Identify business requirements and support delivery of solutions
* Challenge the IT team to deliver business requirements that add value to the business
* Engage at detailed level with the business to fully understand challenges faced and
* Ensure business processes are adequate and ready for IT enhancement
* Support IT projects through from start to finish


* Have previous experience in a similar role
* Analytical and process orientated with ability to quickly assess weaknesses in business
* Detailed understanding of business processes
* Experience of business case, solution design, delivery, testing and user training
* Have strong communication skills

It is ideal for this role if you have experience in Facilities Management and are familiar with either Maximo or Concept, however these are not essential.
