  Job Description
An experienced and successful Account Manager from a Digital background is required to join a fast moving company who specialise in online research, SEO, Social Media Attraction, online skills training and online recruitment conferences.

Essential Experience:

1. 4 years digital account management experience in an agency
2. Strong skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
3. Proven Project Management
4. Experience of directly managing a digital account team
5. Able to consult clients and create a digital strategy and persuade the clients to engage that strategy
6. Up to date and wide ranging knowledge and appreciation of social media, SEO, PPC, web sites, digital content and analytics
7. Ability to manage a portfolio of multiple clients and grow the business from each account
* Deliver innovative digital campaigns that meet client objectives
* Lead large digital campaigns. You'll be responsible for the delivery and development of a portfolio of exciting clients
* Use your knowledge and the best data in the market to deliver great campaigns using SEO, PPC, Social Media, research, web and analytics
* Track and analyse campaign results to provide insight
* To identify upselling opportunities and effectively close sales through existing accounts
* You will have substantial responsibility; you will input into the management of the accounts team, lead consultancy projects and be focused on delivering ROI for clients with a clear commercial view
