  Job Description
Scrum Master - Hands-on knowledge of full software development life cycle. Knowledge/experience of DSDM, Kanban, XP.
At least 2 years experience within an Agile environment. Familiarity with the Microsoft Team Foundation Server - TFS - tool suite is a bonus.
Role will, and therefore as a candidate you must have the abilities to: Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, sprint demos and daily stand-ups. Ensure cross-team and cross-company coordination. Support the wider adoption and understanding of Scrum principles across the organisation. Demonstrate practical knowledge of the fundamentals of iterative development, ideally working as development resource historically. Demonstrate a working knowledge of backlog tracking, burn-down metrics, velocity and task definition plus an understanding of common Agile practices, Development practices (TTD, CI) and service-orientates environments.
Finally, and should go without saying, articulate inter-personal communication skills are a pre-requisite.
