- 4+ years of business analyst or related experience
- Experience writing requirement and data mapping documentation
- Excels at taking functional requirements and turning them into project requirements
- Ability to partner and build relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- Advanced communication skills including documentation skills
- Willingness and ability to identify and solve problems independently as well as on a team
- Prior system and company integration experience preferred
