  Job Description
The role of the SEO Account Manager is to manage and drive Natural Search and content campaigns across our range of clients.

The successful candidate should be a proven expert in the Natural Search market, able to demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm and passion for this area. They must also need to combine a rigorous commitment to maximising ROI, and a proactive attitude to identify new opportunities.

There will also be opportunities for the Search Account Manager will also support the head of SEO to create an overall Search strategy which differentiates their offering from other agencies, with a view of driving new business.

Basic Requirements
-Degree level education
-Strong agency-side experience (Senior exec level or equivalent)

-Great social skills and a love for people
-Confident self-starter with the ability to motivate others
-Great negotiation, influencing and problem solving skills

Key Requirements
-Management of SEO campaigns with a proven track record of delivering results against client objectives
-Good exposure of PPC and an appreciation of how the two channels interact.
-Manage and co-ordinate direct reports to deliver multiple projects
-Media forecasting, planning, booking, and reconciling of digital campaigns
-Trafficking Campaigns - create click-through URLs (Creative/Text Links); plus tracking and conversion tags.
-Campaign reporting, analytics and recommendations - CPA, CPM or CPC metrics, monitoring KPI targets against actuals.
-Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key partners and seek first-to-market opportunities across the competitive landscape
-Ability to present complex subjects with clear rationales and recommendations, while working independently
-Numerate and comfortable working on large spreadsheets
