  Job Description
The successful applicant will have the following experience:
* Minimum of 5 years work experience in business control with previous experience in workforce planning
* High level of mathematical, statistical and analytical skills.
* Minimum of a BA in Economics or similar
* Fluent in English, other European language a plus
* Open and able to work in a multi-cultural environment
* Proactive and flexible personality
* Good communication and presentation skills

Functional Competencies:
* Advance knowledge of Microsoft 2007 Excel
* Previous experience using workforce management tools a plus (e.g. Aspect)
* Reporting and Analysis of Care performance
* Outline key opportunities for Care cost saving and performance improvement
* Care Europe workforce planning of in-house operations
* Governance of Care Europe Performance Management
* Care Audit framework for Europe

The Care Performance Senior Manager is responsible for:
- Development of the function Performance Planning and Optimization:
* Assist in the overall development of regional Care Business Control, Planning and Optimization function deepening our support to Care Countries and expanding our Partners (Call centre services Outsourcers) and Clients performance management capability
* Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement, including automation, of Care Performance management tools: weekly and monthly reporting, forecasting and budget management tool
* Develop Care KPIs to measure, monitor and control Care performance both from an operational and financial perspective
* Manage one direct report and propose organizational development as required
