  Job Description
Provide client support and technical issue resolution for platform supporting SDLC process components including task management, defect tracking, version control, continuous integration and build and deployment.
Provide support services for a platform consisting of a diverse set of tools including but not limited to: Jira, Jenkins/Hudson, Nexus, Subversion, Sonar, TeamCity, Fisheye and Confluence.
orking experience in UNIX environment.
Experience in scripting languages (e.g., Perl, Python), automation and analysis.
Ability to configure/manage Apache Tomcat, IIS web/app servers.
Work with a mix of full-time onshore and offshore resources.
Provide training platform tool training.
Knowledge of Make/Ant/Maven utilities.
Participate in maintaining enterprise level management of the platform including a support model (i.e. SLAs) appropriate for global development teams.
Maintain and socialize monitoring and metrics to communicate platform availability, performance and continuous improvement.
Champion/market the platform services with IT, providing input to strategic, tactical and technology decisions related to the SDLC.
Research emerging trends/best practices ensuring a process of continuous improvement occurs and the platform meets users changing needs.
Liaison with LOB representatives to develop standards associated with version control, continuous integration and build and deployment practices.
