  Job Description
Job Description:
Perform procurement and supplier management functions in support of U.S. Government

(Department of Defense and/or FAA) and/or Commercial Domestic and International contracts utilizing exceptional written and verbal skills.
Develop Request for Quotations/Proposals.
Perform price and cost analysis.
Conduct subcontract negotiations
Issue and manage Purchase Orders/Subcontracts including large, complex orders.
Develop Supply Chain strategies and alternatives.
Develop solutions to problems of unusual complexity that require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation.
Perform risk analysis including identifying risks, opportunities, potential impacts, and mitigation plans.
May provide direction and/or mentor other Supply Chain personnel.
Bachelor's Degree required
Experience utilizing the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)

Bachelor's degree requirement mandatory - no exceptions.

Note: Looking for higher level purchasing experience (purchasing more complex products/items) - not commodity purchasing.
