  Job Description
Work with research scientists and business partners to develop software solutions that will meet research goals and business processes.

Prepare specifications from which information systems are developed. Ensure that software information requirements are met through the development and testing of software applications.

Work in partnership with Research and Information Management staff to define the scope and objectives of projects. Facilitate communications to assure understanding between the project team and all stakeholders of the system requirements.


Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in an agriculture or scientific related field and minimum of 4 to 6 years of industry related experience is required.
A Masters degree in an agriculture or scientific related field and up to 2 years of industry related experience is preferred. Or equivalent amount of relevant education and experience.
