  Job Description
Qualifications:

5 to 7 years of experience of application Modernization including upgrades
Overall 10 + years of experience in application development, design, deployment and support
Knowledgeable of Tools required and ability to learn the custom tools for application repository and upgrade tracking built by the project team
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and experience with documentation tools such as Visio
Enterprise portfolio is made of 100s of different and unique applications, the ability to drill up and down to learn each application at the required level given the heterogeneous nature of the technologies and products used.
Ability to leverage the individual application owners for detail knowledge, but still apply general standards and application architecture when working with the dozens of application owners
Must have strong communications and relationship skills.
A major task of the role is to communicate complex technical information to teams or sub-projects, including those who do not have a technical background.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills are also required.
Must work with the project management office (PMO) to make decisions in a timely manner to keep projects on track.
Must understand the business processes of the enterprise in which they work, and how those processes work.
Conduct workshops with application owners to gather (or confirm) information about application requirements and utilize the data gathered to modify the composition of Waves and Move Groups
Coordinate and work with client teams and vendor teams, and ability to work in a matrix reporting structure
