  Job Description
A market leading human resource organisation with multiple offices in the UK and abroad are looking for a 2nd line support engineer with knowledge and experience of OS installation, Microsoft Exchange Server Administration and TCP/IP. You will also have 12 months or more experience in a help desk environment, show a good technical knowledge and understanding of IT Technologies and have an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

On a day to day basis, the successful 2nd line engineer's responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) acting as 2nd line support for both our internal and external customers, IT services and infrastructure, assisting and receiving escalated cases from the 1st line, escalating any irresolvable or critical cases to the 3rd line and resolving any incidents, queries and diagnosing faults within a timely manner.

Any prior experience in using helpdesk software and using cloud based backup solutions would be beneficial in your application as would exposure to MDM software. The right 2nd line support engineer will have a can do attitude and be willing to develop themselves.
